Founded in Nara for more than 60 years, Shizuka is a specialty store of kamameshi that is carefully cooked one pot at a time from the order. The rice is cooked over an open fire, and the flavor of the dashi stock is condensed into the brown-colored charred rice. Close to Nara Park, it is recommended for dining during sightseeing.
