Nara Prefectural Museum of Art is located to the north of the Nara Prefectural Building, just in front of the Prefectural Culture Center. The museum primarily displays the works of artists who worked in Nara Prefecture, and includes a recently expanded permament collection, in addition to various special exhibitions.
