The Imanishi shoin was originaly used as a residence of a great Buddhist monk of the Kofuku-ji Temple, and handed over to the Imanishi family in 1924. It is a Shoin-zukuri style building that conveys the style of the Muromachi period, and it has been registered as an Important Cultural Property. At the café, you can enjoy sweets made with the local sake "Harushika".
