Naturally grown Yamato Matcha Shaved Ice ~Crystal Ball of the Heavenly Maiden 2025~ features Yamato Matcha from Kenichi Natural Farm, grown without pesticides or fertilizers. Fluffy shaved ice is topped with clear jelly resembling a crystal ball, homemade sweet bean paste (choose from four selections, like white kidney bean paste), and soft rice flour dumplings. Enjoy it with a taste of Yamato matcha syrup if you like♪(Optional ¥100 tax included).

Amenokaku Coffee is a specialty café serving house-roasted coffee. The “Yamato Tea Espresso Latte” is a fragrant blend of Yamato tea latte and rich espresso brewed by a barista using an Italian lever machine. Available for both dine-in and takeout. Be sure to try their homemade “Mikasa Bread,” made with flour from Nara Prefecture.

Experience a special moment at Imanishi-ke Shoin, an Important Cultural Property that preserves early Muromachi shoin-zukuri architecture. Relax while viewing the seasonal garden. Savor cold-brewed sencha, blending the floral notes of sake lees with the astringency and umami of tea, accompanied by Nara's dry sweets served in a cool glass plate. This non-alcohol drink combines sencha from Kenichi Natural Farm in the Yamato Highlands with sake lees from Harushika Daiginjo.
