This is an annual spring festival held on April 15. It includes a spring memorial service for the war dead from Nara Prefecture, Shinto rituals conducted by priests, and dedications of kagura dance performances. Many bereaved families and related parties come from all over Nara Prefecture to attend the festival, commemorating the lives of those who were sacrificed in the war, expressing gratitude to the spirits who laid the foundations for peace today, and renewing hopes for continued peace in the future.
