The remains found during the excavation of Heijo-kyo Capital are preserved and displayed under protective roof facilities known as Oiya. Additionally, excavated artifacts such as well frames, wooden gutters, and building models of the Imperial Palace, which have been restored based on research, are also worth seeing. Like the First Daigokuden Hall, Suzakumon Gate, and Toin Garden, this facility was established and is owned by the Agency for Cultural Affairs of the Japanese Government.
