神功皇后陵古墳（狭城盾列池上陵）（五社神古墳）

佐紀古墳群の北西地域にある4世紀末～5世紀初めの大型前方後円墳（五社神古墳 ）。第14代仲哀天皇の皇后である神功皇后の陵墓「神功皇后狭城盾列池上陵 」として比定されており、佐紀盾列古墳群の中では最も大きい古墳（全長275メートル ）です。神功皇后は、自ら新羅に遠征したと伝えられています。
